I have ultimate 6150 upgraded to 6.1 windows mobile
it can't browsing webs by internet explorer...I can just sign into messenger
or download e-mails
I used http proxy that I use to access internet from PC but doesn't work.
can anyone help me

Which carrier are you using? It could be a setting that is in the setup of
that connection that's causing the issue.

NO new sitting I have to use for access internet except proxy.

I faced this problem in my pc ... but I solved it by putting proxy in LAN
setting... but now for my pocket it doesn’t work and still can't work on
internet except messenger

Where are you having the problem? On the WLAN at work, or when connecting
via cellular data? If you enter the work LAN's proxy on the device, you
need to disable it (by switching "networks" in the Connections applet) when
going back to cellular and vice versa.
