| Can Exchange ActiveSync and Desktop ActiveSync run on the same dev Hi, I am currently running a Pocket PC with Windows Mobile 5.0 (OS 5.1.195). It is currently setup with ActiveSync to our Exchange 2003 Server. This works fine. Is it possible to install ActiveSync onto a Windows XP workstation and connect the Pocket PC to this computer? When I tried this, the Pocket PC is unable to connect. Before I setup the Pocket PC with ActiveSync to our Exchange 2003 Server, it was able to sync to a desktop with ActiveSync. I would like to transfer documents and pictures to my Pocket PC, this is why I am trying to accomplish this. Thanks, Ray |

| Re: Can Exchange ActiveSync and Desktop ActiveSync run on the same dev I don't know if I have 4.5 running anywhere, but I do believe that your scenario should work. I sync my WM5 phone with an Exchange server, and I can sync my Notes with Outlook or transfer files. If you haven't already, look at this AS Troubleshooting Guide. |
