HP IPAQ 6365

HI

I recently purchased a Rogers sim card for my HP IPAQ 6365 and I am having
problems getting it connect to the network.

Any suggestions ? I tried another sim card it wouldn't work either.

I bought this device 2nd hand through craigslist.
