I don't know how many people are real familiar with the Touch Pro but let me

And I know 4 people that are -currently- using a Touch Pro with a keyboard
that doesn't work.

Sort of makes me wonder why there hasn't been a massive recall on the
device.

I own a Touch Pro myself and the keyboard was still working when I switched
to using a Touch Diamond.

To make a long story short, what I'd like to do is have my Touch Pro
replaced with a Touch Pro 2 or Touch Diamond 2 before the keyboard fails.
Do you think Sprint might do that?

I talked to one of the Techs yesterday and they won't let me replace my Pro
before it breaks.

BTW one of the 4 people I knew with a Touch Pro and a non working keyboard
got his replaced again. He claims his keyboards fail about every 4 months.
