Just wondering when all the islands are going to get connected together?
Skydrive, mesh, myphone, one note, office live, bing, etc…
If you can find a way to get these all tied together and across the
platforms’ of both mobile and desktop that would be simply outstanding, but
right now there are so many gaps in the connectivity that it makes it
difficult to use.
Making a 1 note on a mobile device and not having the ability to open it on
my desktop is, frankly, insane. I have collections that I use in bing on my
desktop and if I am lucky I can find them on bing mobile, but this does not
happen very often. Why not allow for a login?
Accessing and updating documents stored on office live from my mobile device
is another area that needs to be addressed, as well as countless others.
I know this stuff right now id free and under development, but what does the
future hold, can you let us know.
If these and the other connectivity issues as well as the compatibilities
are solved MS stands to take a giant leap forward in how we work and use our
mobile devices, but right now the limits are holding this back from being
something realy great.
