This morning I bought an HP iPAQ 214

for 200 EUR. but as soon as I come home I discovered was used
already!!!!!!
in the agenda and in the task there are hundreads of appointments?
Thwe model I bought was the last one, so it was in exposure, but I saw
also that the custody is a little dirty.
I am hungry ! I live in Amsterdam and the place where I bought the PDA
is not really reliable , because in the past I had already an little
complain with the owner.

I Would like to have a new HP i PAQ 214 what can I do?
I think that if I ask HP assistence they could tell me: hey man it is
not your fault.
And as a matter of fact it is, but I ask to open the PDA to see the
screen light, but the employee told me he could not do.

HP does sell refurbished (that is, slighly used, but error-free) units. They
do point this out in their ads. Were you aware of this when you bought the
device?
