I am having problems after synchronizing my Toshiba Portege with
Outlook.

Synchronizing actually works fine, but right after the synchronization
the NAVILUX GPS software stops working with showing out of memory /
fatal error.

I only use ActiveSync 4.5 for contacts synchronization, between
Outlook 2003 and my Toshiba Portege.

This is something that I actually found after endless Master Clear -
Install Navilux - Synchronize - Error - Master Clear - Install Navilux
- Synchronize - Error - cycles.

After master clear and Navilux installation, it works fine, but when I
do the synchronization and after that start Navilux the problems
starts with fatal - out of memory error...

I suspect that some contacts from Outlook are stored in on the place
where Navilux gets information so it creates the conflict.

I agree that it sounds like some sort of a conflict. Have you reached out
to Navilux to see if they know of an issue and have a fix to work around it?
