My iPAQ 2210 has Windows CE 4.20. I'd like to change background color in the
system (e.g. in Settings, Programs, File Explorer and other system apps)
from white to light green. Is this possible?

If you want to know the exact registry location for the background color (if
you want to set iit yourself in the Registry), let me know and I look it up
for you.
