azerty to qwerty for IPAQ 2490

anyone know how to change the keyboard layout from AZERTY to QWERTY on
a IPAQ 2490???
mine was set up in french (I am from Montreal Canada) put the keyboard
is setup as AZERTY!?!?!?!
