Calendar events display on wrong day during 2007 DST change period

My WM5 hx2795 seems confused by the new 2007 dates for US daylight savings
time change. When I create an all day MS Outlook calendar event on my desktop
between the new 2007 date for the US spring time change (March 11) and the
"traditional" date for the time change (March 31), the ipaq event date lags
the correct date by one day. An all day event on March 31 appears on both
March 31 and March 30. After March 31, the ipaq shows the event on only the
correct date until we get to the corresponding time change dates in the fall
(October 28 and November 4) where the same problem exists. This doesn't
happen with non-event calendar entries and isn't a problem at all on my older
h2215 ipaq running Pocket PC2003. Is this due to the WM5 DST bug that's been
discussed in this forum? Since 2007 DST is not yet in effect, I'm surprised
to see that it's creating a problem already.
