I am able to synch wirelessly with my exchange server but it doesn't seem direct push is working, an email comes into my exchange server but doesn't update on my plam unless I synch it. I have everything enable on the exchange system manager side as well as the user exchange features side. Also if you know this answer you might be able to help getting the Global Address List to work. Not quite sure how to set it up.

Do you have Exchange 2003 with service pack 2 applied?

Also, on the device, do you see a dialog box about using direct
push or syncing Exchange "while roaming?" Definitely check that.
I've found if unchecked, the device may not sync even if on your
home network.
