Hi

Can anyone assist me in associating mp3 files with Media Player,

Try opening the file from within media Player.

Thanks that works, but if the mp3 is not associated with media Player you
cannot use an mp3 as a ringtone

I suggest that you download Resco File Explorer from
http://www.resco.net/pocketpc/explorer/default.asp it has the ability to
associate files with any program you choose.

Yes Resco File Explorer is a great program. Always a must have on all my
devices.


I think, though, that once a file is opened thru Media Player - it should
then get the association.
