How can I upgrade Internet Explorer on my HP iPAQ rz1715 (Windows Mobile

it's in the os rom and can't be upgraded...

posting what you need and can't would help to get you a solution...

You can't upgrade the PIE in your WM2003SE device. Use an alternate browser
