Had a repair of a sync connector done on my hp2210. Everything fine
except I can't re-load and run a programme that I had working perfectly
before (everything else works fine). Talked to hp chat line - no help
just kept saying hard re-set (tried that several times - no luck).
Talked to programme supplier - no help keep saying memory issue (not
true checked - also downloaded to sd disc). The programme is fully
loaded on ipaq & sd (checked using file explorer) but it won't open and
run. Small revolving load icon appears but disappears as quick without
opening the programme. Could something have been removed from the
operating system during repair? If so is there anywhere I can get a
re-load of PC 2003 operating system or a repair patch?
Any help appreciated.
