| Connecting PDA to Orange Livebox Router New to PDA's, but have copied the WPA/PSK key from the router to a wordpad file and into the PDA (still new to pda's this is a HTC TyTn II), but it's not connecting. Would appreciate any suggestions? |

The Livebox is notoriously tricky. Did you press "button-1", then send the key immediately afterwards? -- WH |

| Re: Connecting PDA to Orange Livebox Router No I didn't know I needed to. I'm wary of touching routers as from experience it leads to hours and days of work! Most wireless routers just need the WEP/WPA-key, but the Livebox (and a similar, now defunct, router from BT) have the "Button-1" as added protection. In practice, it just adds to the annoyance factor. I think Orange have given up on the Livebox, and are now shipping are a ore normal router (Siems, I believe). > next - to try and sset up > Skype Mobile Make sure you get the very latest version - previous versions don't work with WM6.1 (and specifically on the TYTN-II). http://www.skype.com/intl/en-gb/down...windowsmobile/ -- WH |
