| SD card - lost all data The 1 GB SD card in my iPAQ 2210 occasionally gets accidentally ejected. Normally I just replace it and re-start, or reset, with no subsequent problem. But today, while using my PPC on a walk to record a GPS track, the SD card got ejected but this time it somehow lost all its files. Luckily I have a fairly recent backup on my PC, so it's not a disaster, but I'm curious to know if that's ever happened to anyone else please? -- Terry, East Grinstead, UK |

It's only happened that one time in many years, but it does happen occasionally. I lost a few minor things, but I'm also somewhat careful about backups. Regards, Jack Tingle |
