I don't think there was any upgrades for your device. However, note
that upgrades come Mobile operators or device manufacturers. So check
their website.

Actually, I am running WM2003 on it. But, I am trying to upgrade to WM2005
so that I can test out some of the mobile applications that Microsoft has
for Dynamics

How did you install wm2003 on 3760. In every forum I've visited was written that it's impossible to upgrade wm2002 to wm2003 on 3760.

Compaq has indeed ported WM2003 to the iPAQ 3700 series. They, however, have
never released it to the public. He (she) may have this (internal, beta)
version.

Nevertheless, there's no WM2003SE or WM5+ for the 37xx series - not even an
internal or a cooked one.
