Sure- the Touch'll work fine. I have a Wizard- a nearly three year old PPC
phone with a Very slow (200MHz) processor.

Keep in mind that PocketDivxEncoder creates Divx files, which don't play in
Windows Media Player- you need a 3rd party app like TCPMP (free) and
Coreplayer (commercial) to play them. I like Divx over .wmv, however,
since TCPMP also runs on my older Windows CE devices, like my ancient NEC
MP 780 handheld, which doesn't support .wmv
