| Automatic Network Management - avoid selection of "My Work Network Windows Mobile 2003 (Pocket PC) My device can connect at various times over a number of different network types - WiFi, ethernet Cradle, USB Cradle, Irda etc, and the first time it sees a new connection I always get the anoying popup asking me to decide if the internet access and private network access is My Work or My ISP Are there any reg keys I can preset for all of the possible connection types to force it to use say "my work network" every time, rather than display the popup. The actual device users will have no clue what the popup means, and 9 times out of 10 they will get the wrong selection, and essentialy make the device useless for mobile applications. What I want, is to be able to set up some .reg files so that a device cold boot always forces all of the expected connections to use "my work network" and not prompt the user to make a decision. |
