Windows Mobile 5.0 wont sync from exchange 2003 calander, will sync too

Hi There,

HP Ipaq 6915 problems syncing calander appointments from exchange 2003
Outlook to the phone. It will however send appointment from windows
mobile 5.0 to outlook calander. Email works

Any ideas please
