sw for custom phrases

Hello,
does anybody know if there is a sw that allow to create and use some
"custom phrases" (eg. like ready text for SMS used by Phone Edition) ?

For what purpose? One such item that comes to mind is Calligrapher. It
comes with a feature called PenCommander which allows you to assign macros
to a quick input string, which can be assigned to just inputting a phrase,
or even an entire signature block or such.

That's more than I need... :) I was thinking about something to record
some useful phrases and then paste them everywhere in application (eg.
note, calendar, ecc.)
