| Re: What does it means "Unlocked" Zalek, Unlocked means that there are no carrier restrictions on the phone and it will work with virtually any carrier. Note that some phones however have not been tested with networks throughout the world so you may have difficulty with some carriers. Generally thought HTC devices work just about everywhere - from what I've seen at least.
