Not able to connect to Internet via Activesync

Hi All,

Since last two days, I am not able to connect to Internet through my
PDA HP iPAQ hx2410. It has a Windows Mobile 5 OS. I am trying to
connect via Activesync. When I type an address in IE, it gives me a
pop up saying "The address is not valid. Check the address and try
again.". Also, my application cannot connect to the web service. It
throws a WebException.

I even tried to do a hard reset but was unsuccessful.

Could anyone help me in resolving this issue?

Thanks,
Kshama

Have you checked your firewall setting? Many firewalls, including
the one in Windows OneCare, block this by default.
