Hi all,

I have no clue about what i did to my Jamin but even though it has
been pluged-in to my pc all day, the battery went down to zero. Now i
cant even open it. I am now using a charger to charge it. However, it
now shows a red light (not orange) and still not opening. I cant see
anylights on when i plug it in to my pc.

I tried to look at the meaning of the red light on the internet. I
guess it means "device not charging". What do you think is the problem
and can anyone suggest anything????

Sounds like your battery is malfunctioning (or less likely the charger). Any
chance you can borrow one to test the theory out? If you are out of
warranty period then a replacement battery isn't expensive.
