| GPRS and VPN Do Not Both Disconnect With Incomming Call I am a user of the T-mobile MDA in the US, running WM 5.0 with the T- mobile-supplied AKU 2.3 update. I have been using the Direct Push capability for several months. Recently our Exchange Server became only available via our corporate VPN. I was able to setup the VPN connection on the phone and get Direct Push to work again. In doing so, it seems that the GPRS and VPN are always connected. The problem now is that whenever I get an incoming phone call, the GPRS and the VPN do not both disconnect and I'm unable to answer the phone. I did some experiments and if I turn off Direct Push in Comm Manager, I have no issue. If I manual disconnect both the VPN and the GPRS then I can answer the phone. Neither are attractive options to me. Has anyone else encountered this type of issue? I've spent some time looking around the internet and the groups but have come up empty. |
