| XP Pro/WM5/Outlook 2007/AS 4.5 Appointments in outlook wont sync to wm5 Ok...here's the long version. These are the items being used. -Cingular 8525 running WM5 -ActiveSync 4.5 -Outlook 2007 -Windows XP Pro -Informant 2007 If I create an appointment on the WM device and sync it, the appointment does appear in Outlook. If I create an appointment in Outlook and sync my device, the appointment does not appear on the device. If I delete an appointment from Outlook that is also on my device, the appointment is deleted from my device as well. I also have a Palm TX. It is set to sync with Outlook as well. The appointments sync with the Palm. Now I can bluetooth the appointments from the palm to the WM device. The next time I sync the WM device to the PC, a second appointment appears in Outlook for that day. I'm at a loss. I'd like to get the appts from outlook to the WM device. If anyone has any suggestions, please let me know. |

I only have one calendar. Sync works from WM5 to Outlook but not from Outlook to WM5. I can create an appointment on the device, sync it to Outlook, move the appointment in Outlook, and the appointment will be adjusted on the device. |

I just unchecked "make informant the default pim." I created an appt in outlook. ActiveSync went to work as if I had made a change but the appt wasn't synced. I created a new appt in the standard calendar. Again, AS went to work and the appt appeared in outlook. I moved both of them in outlook and AS immediately synced and correctly moved the 1 appt that was showing in the standard calendar. The only thing I can guess is that there is a setting somewhere that needs to either be checked or unchecked and I haven't been able to stumble across it. |

Yes...the appointments are future appointments. For today's test, I created appt's for tomorrow. I moved them to next Monday. |

I just found this thread and am having similar difficulty with WM5 on my Treo 700w. I do have "All Appointments" checked under Options -> Filter. I don't use any other calendar viewing system in my Treo. I am, however, using the Wireless Sync software from Verizon. Everything has worked very well for the last year and a half. It just stopped displaying any appointments about a week ago. I tried using the option to "Refresh Calendar" in the Wireless Sync settings, but it doesn't seem to do anything different. Thanks, Keith |

I bought a new laptop with Vista and installed Outlook 2007 and WMDC. Everything seems to be working fine now. |
