| Ipaq 3870 unable to turn off Hi, I am having a problem with my Ipaq 3870 which I recently upgraded to Pocket PC 2003. Because of that, I had to reinstall the drivers to my Orinoco Gold WiFi card that I use with the extension pack. However, i believe that the Agere Wireless Network driver for the Wifi card is causing the handheld to freeze after I switch it off. What happens is that I turn the device off with the power button, the backlight dims but the screen remains static and doesn't turn off. The 3870 is hung then and the only way to get it work again is to reset it. However, resetting it will result in the same set of actions and the device is unable to switch off as a result. Has anyone out there experienced a similar issue with their 3870? Any advice on how I should remedy the situation? jude |
