Cursorproblems with Latitude C610

Everything works fine with my Latitude C610, but I have one problem.

When I start up the Dell I can use my mouse normally, but when I move
my Dell on the table the cursor 'walks' on the screen. I have to move
my Dell on the table until the cursor stand still.

Sometimes the cursor open by itself several programs or shut ope
windows. You have to reset the laptop because the Dell is confused.
This is very annoying.

It doens't matter if I use a normal mouse or my mousepath.

Do someone have an solution? Thanks in advance!
