Hi everyone

My HP DV6000 Pavillion, at startup, only beeps like this:

One long followed by two short beeps.

I believe that this is therefore an issue with the graphics display,
and I'm lucky if after twenty minutes of pressing the on/off button
that the system shows up on the screen.

Any other ideas as I am tearing my hair out over this. Also, I
thought it might help if I bought a new HDD for it, but couldn't find
an AT HDD anywhere. Do they not sell them anymore?

Did you install the HDD?
if you did then you better check if your Ram's are installed in a correct way(you have to apply a a bit of a force and you have to hear the clicking sound when you install them)
