CD/DVD-ROM Problem

Hi Everyone;

I have a Toshiba Laptop, satellite model. The problem with my CD/DVD Rom is that it can not read the ORIGINAL CDs. It has no problem in reading the burned CDs. When an original cd goes into it, it first tries to read it on and off and after a short time it does nothing.

I recovered my operating system (Vista) to the out-of-box condition but however I have still this problem.

Your help to resolve the issue is greatly appreciated.

Thanks;
Moti
