hey guys, my PC decided that it wouldnt switch on the other day. i
have checked the fuse in plug, the socket that its plugged into, and
have changed the psu and even checked the fuse in that. All those are
fine. then i got a screwdriver and tried to short the plug for the
switch on the case to the nmotherboard and still nothing. what do i do
next???? cheers

1. Send it to a service center
2. Sell it on E-Bay "as-is" (be honest that it won't turn on)

Try changing the MB. If the MB is bad you might still be able to use
everything else. You may be able to go to a local PC shop and have
them test it for FREE. This way you can at least find what the
problem really is. Good luck.
