dell inspirion 15 question

Intel Dual Core T4200 2,0GHz (1MB cache)
15.6" WXGA+ TFT 1366 x 768, Truelife
HD4330
2x 1GB DDR2 800MHz (prosirivo do 4GB)
250GB SATA

I nee laptop for college.
Would you recommend it?

Compared to what? For how much money? Where?

The "Pentium Dual Core" CPU is NOT the same as a "Core 2 Duo" and, in
general, is inferior.

Would it be better choice for my needs:

Toshiba Satellite L 300
Intel Pentium Dual-Core Processor T4200
TFT Active Matrix(Maximum Resolution: 1280x800)
Intel GMA 4500M
4 Gb ram
250 Gb hard drive

That is ***WAY*** too much money for that system. At least in the
United States. In the US that is a $399 to $549 system (and I am
"stretching" the upper limit .... I would not pay $549 for it).
