Some Classic Diagnostics courtesy of Acer website...

Product
Notebooks

Solution
If the notebook has experienced a hard disk failure, please contact Acer
for support. Use the following steps to locate support information for
your Notebook.

1. Click on Start, Control Panel
2. Double click on Performance and Maintenance
3. Double click System.
4. At the bottom of the System Properties window, click on Support
Information.

Which can be a real pain if your hard disk has failed. LMAO.
