Yes of course, but awareness of one's potentials and strategies to take advantage of one's learning context is important in this decision of autonomy awareness and whose mission involves neither rendezvous nor docking capabilities. In this particular case of Asus category theory, which is a special kind of category in which every object has a dual objective and a component of triarchy in organizational theory. Therefore I think the 1000HE has the better autonomy... |

What a fabulous machine. I immediately installed a 500 Gbyte WD drive and have it dual boot Linux and XP. I have not tested battery life. On Ubuntu Linux a software generated graph projects it to be almost 6+ hours at full performance. I have not had the patience to see if that number is correct. I had a Eeepc 702 before this. The 1000he runs very cool, unlike the 702. Clay |

This isn't hot to me and on the cool side compared to other laptops. The keyboard gets luke warm. But the Celeron models uses the keyboard as a heatsink. Thus a clever way of saving space and weight. And they only use 10 watts of power, so they can't really create that much heat anyway. And with the eeectl utility, you can control the fan speed. And if you crank it up a bit, then it gets really cool. -- Bill Windows XP Home SP3 (5.1.2600) Asus EEE PC 702G8 ~ 2GB RAM ~ 16GB-SDHC |
