Yes most of them do. Since the late 80's anyway. Only the real cheap
ones may not.

What others have indicated, a VGA port is normally included. Many Vista
notebooks now include an HDMI port for driving an HDTV. This is not
because of Vista, but because of users' demands for HDMI support for
HDTV monitors.
