Lenovo R61 1400x1050 to big font in menu

I have since yesterday a Levono R61 with 1400x1050 screen.

In all menus and the windows explorer is the font much
bigger than at my Acer 800 with also 1400x1050 screen.

At display extended is the font size set on both notebooks
to 96dpi.

Any idea how to change the font for all menus and
the detail list in windows explorer?

Try setting the new notebook to 120dpi.

I had the same problem with a T61 (also, Office 2007 icons looked
fuzzy and "thick"), and switching to 120 dpi actuall made it all
worse. Switching to 72 dpi, on the other hand, made it all go away! 72
dpi is a custom resolution, so you have to choose "custom setting" in
order to access it. Hope this helps!
