I sent ikenfixit my notebook for repair and he has not sent it back.
He received the laptop -- I have the e-mails that prove that.
He took payment and has not returned my laptop.

In our conversation he said he would replace the CPU, but then only did
so (maybe not, since I haven't received the notebook who knows?) when
when I noticed he hadn't done so. He told me he would send the laptop
back via Fedex. He took the payment, and has not responded to any e-mail
(or telephone call) since, and he has not sent back my notebook. (I
asked him for the Fedex tracking number, no response from him).
