I have a laptop with no screen connected to an LCD monitor which I
want to use in a caravan.

I would like an adaptor which has a dual output to power both the LCD
Monitor and the laptop from the
one input socket (DC or AC it doesnt matter).

I saw one on ebay a few weeks ago but i havent been able to find it
since.

can anyone help me remember what its called ?

All you need is an inverter (12 volts to 120 volt AC "wall power") with
about a 150 to 200 watt output (although if you have to buy one, I'd go
for 300 to 500 watts, it won't cost much more and you may have other
uses for it).
