| Bendy Secure Digital/USB memory cards??? One can purchase Secure Digital cards that bend in the middle to reveal a USB plug. My laptop has a SD card slot, but it's slower than a slug. USB transfer is VERY much faster. Any body got experience with these cards? The thinness reqirement of SD suggests that the usb plug and hinge assembly would be rather delicate?? And I can't find ANY specs on the USB port. No indication of transfer speed or even if they're usb1.1 or usb2.0. There's also the question of power consumption with the extra interface? Don't wanna run down the pda battery in SD mode. Anybody got experience with these? Thanks, mike -- Return address is VALID! Bunch-O-Stuff Forsale Here: http://mike.liveline.de/sale.html |
