Best ratio power/noise

Hello,

The last generations of processor and graphic card warm up more rapidly than
the previous ones. That's why most laptops with core 2 duo or equivalent are
more noisy. I need a lap for professional purpose (a lot of calcul, but no
game, no 3D), just a good compromise between power and low noise. What
processor and graphic card would you recommend?

Thank you.

Daniel
