| introduction Hi folks My name is Mark and I've just joined the forum. (1) Model of your Tablet PC - Fujitsu Stylistic 3400 (2) Tablet PC Configuration - Windows NT (3) Where you purchased it - Ebay (4) When you purchased it - end of January/beginning of February 2005 (5) Reasons for choosing your particular model - price (6) What you love about your Tablet PC - better handwriting recognition Basically I got tired of trying to write on pda screens and the handwriting recognition in my first tablet was pretty bad. Experience level: I've been programming since high school. Been doing it professionally since 1990. I work mainly in Java now, but have done COBOL and C. In the next month I hope to replace WinNT with either Win98SE or Win2k. Someone on another tablet forum has posted instructions for loading Win2k. He also included all the Win2k drivers from the Fujitsu website. You don't happen to know if Linux (including pen recognition) runs on the 3400, do you? Mark |
