I'm here to learn a few things about my computer.

Honestly I'm really sick of feeling stupid when talking to any type of tech support or asking my kid for help.

I have a basic understanding of my computer, but as I said technology is advancing everyday and I seem to have been left in the dust.
What I don't know I try to Google and learn about.
So please be kind and make the answers baby-like (although my 13yr kid knew more in first grade than I have learned at 32)
