I am running out of room on c drive. The d drive is called acer data.
Is there a way to combine c and d drive?

Assuming that you don't want the information on the D: drive, just delete
the D: partition and then use something like Partition Magic to increase the
size of the C: partition. If you do want the information on the D: drive,
you will need to copy it to the C: drive first, or if there is unsufficient
space, external media.

You would be staggered how much disk space you would recover, by
reformatting your C: drive and reinstalling all your applications and user
data.

Is that "Acer Data" you system restore utility? If so, you might check the
instruction on how to copy it to CD/DVD before deleting it.
