Time Tiny 5650 Laptop

Hi
I have a Time Tiny 5650 Laptop in good working order. It is old, but still
has its usefulness. It only has 64Mb internally. When I put 256Mb RAM chip
in, the bios sees it but Xp or nothing else will boot. There are dip
switches, but, no where, really no where, can I find any info about this
machine, other than that Time Tiny Computers went belly up. The problem
might be in some dip switch setting.

Does any one know of a web site hidden somewhere, or a dusty manual that may
describe amongst others the dip switches in this machine.

Paul
