Hello,

I own a Sony VAIO PCG-NV170P notebook with Mobility Radeon 7500, running
Windows XP installed
from the System Rescue CD shipped with the notebook, and I want to connect
it to the TV set.
I has yellow 3,5 mm output labeled "A/V OUT", just like on this picture
downloaded from the

I also have the cable just like the one on this picture:

However, when I press Fn+F8 to switch to the TV output, it seems that VAIO
doesn't
recognize my TV set. It just switches for a quarter of a second to the TV
and back
to the builtin display.

What can I do to solve this?
