I realize that it would be a leak of national security confidential
information, but perhaps someone should tell them that November ended a
week ago.

No, sorry. That is a general information page describing what WILL be
offered, but it's not an "action" page. It does, however, have a link
to the page where you actually submit the application. That link is to
the page that I cited ... the one that says that it will be working by
the end of November. But that still isn't working.

Since Vista will be commercially available in January 2007, I hope they're
not going to make their customers wait until November.
