| 2x1gb DDR2 PC2 5300 667 - Better than CL5 ??? Hi, I wish to upgrade my Dell 640m to 2gb it has a Fsb of 667mhz, so I believe it would be best for me to get 667mhz memory, but the only stuff I can find is CL5 (which I believe is a little slow). Is this because PC2 5300 is new and they haven't got the Latency down yet? Does does anyone know about laptop memory??? Thanks, Mark.      |
