Hi,

I have Armada 1700 6300/T/5000/D/M/1. I have a big problem; tryied to
take out his CD-ROM, but I was unsuccesful in opening the laptop, even
I (think I did) take out all the screws from the bottom side. Can
someone help me about that, please?

Put all the screws back in.
Right-click below and "Save Target As":

Page 97 shows the CD but first keyboard comes off etc - follow along.
