Just a last report. The laptop freeze even in safe mode. However, if I
don't do anything with windows, it's ok. It's just whatever software I
run, it freeze.

I sent it to computer shop, the guy said motherboard problem, that's
easy to say but not sure if that's the problem and expensive to fix. So
I bought a new laptop.

Too bad.
