| Power Jack Please can someone help. 1stly please forgive me if this is the incorrect group. 2ndly I have an 'EI SYSTEMS 4411' laptop for repair that just needs a power jack replacement. It has 4 negative legs in a square + the positive leg set back from the set of 4. I have measured the positive leg to be 2mm. I have scoured for a while across the web but cannot find one anywhere. Does someone have one for sale or can point me in the direction of where I can obtain one from. Many thanks Pete |

| Re: Power Jack I have the same problem on my ei system laptop. Looks like you have actually gotten down to the mother board to replace the dc jack. How does one get to the motherboard? I have removed the display, and the top cover screws beneath it and also the keyboard and screw beneath that. The back is also off. At this point I'm a little stuck... |
